CraftBuddy
Effective and last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Use explain the current beta relationship between you and CraftBuddy. By creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
CraftBuddy is under active development. Features, availability, formats, and workflows may change as we build. We may suspend access when needed to protect the Service, its users, or their data.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your login credentials, for deciding who may access files you export, and for reviewing your records before relying on them. Corrections to posted records are tracked rather than made invisibly, but you remain responsible for the underlying business documents and decisions those records represent. The materials, products, orders, and other data you enter remain yours - we don't claim ownership of it and we don't sell it.
CraftBuddy may create aggregated and anonymized statistical benchmarks from eligible business metrics. Benchmarking is enabled by default, but your business owner can turn it off at any time. The original business data remains yours. CraftBuddy will not identify your business or disclose your customers, products, orders, or exact business figures through a benchmark.
CraftBuddy provides bookkeeping tools, cost estimates, pricing aids, and reports. It does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice; file returns on your behalf; represent you before the BIR; or guarantee that any output satisfies a filing obligation. Tax and financial outputs remain subject to review by your own accountant or a qualified adviser.
Early beta customers may receive manually managed pilot access. Any price, access period, renewal, or cancellation arrangement is the one confirmed with you directly, not one set by this page. Online checkout isn't currently required to use the Service during this pilot phase.
Use the beta alongside your own independent records and backups. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, and CraftBuddy isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from beta use.
You may ask support to close your pilot workspace at any time. We may end access for material misuse, nonpayment under an agreed pilot arrangement, legal necessity, or an unacceptable security risk. Contact support before closure if you need your data exported.
We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
